Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Field Influencer/Sales Representative to join our team at Rochester Fitness + Cycling. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in the cycling industry, be an avid cyclist, have a social media presence, and be familiar with influencer marketing. Bicycle mechanic skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador and influencer for Rochester Fitness + Cycling
- Build and maintain relationships with key prospects and customers in the region
- Attend and represent the company at regional events, such as bike demos
- Use social media and other digital platforms to promote the brand and products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase sales and market share
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in the cycling industry
- Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the sport and industry
- Active social media presence and familiarity with influencer marketing
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel to attend regional events
- Bicycle mechanic skills are a plus
